To earn promotions in AMW you are required to meet certain scores and achievements.
1. All promotions are earned through skilled fighting, commanding of squads, and following orders
2. To become an Ace fighter pilot you must earn 10 fighter to fighter kills in one life (must be in a fighter plane and shoot down 10 fighter planes in one life bombers do not count)
3. To become a Marksman you must earn 15 rifle (scoped or not) kills in one life
